Municipality of Waterloo

The Municipality of Waterloo is an essential partner in local cultural and community life. Located in the heart of Walloon Brabant, Waterloo benefits from an exceptional historical heritage and a particularly vibrant cultural life. Through its support for artistic and cultural initiatives, the Municipality actively contributes to the city’s cultural profile and to making the arts accessible to all. The Festival Mozart has been supported by the Municipality of Waterloo since 1996, contributing to its success for 30 years.

Federation Wallonia-Brussels

The Federation Wallonia-Brussels plays an essential role in supporting culture, education, research and artistic life in Wallonia and Brussels. Through its commitment to cultural creation and dissemination, it contributes to the development of projects that promote access to culture and artistic exchange, both in Belgium and internationally. The Festival Mozart benefits from the support of the Classical Music Commission.

Province of Walloon Brabant

The Province of Walloon Brabant contributes to the cultural, educational and tourism development of its territory and supports numerous initiatives that contribute to its dynamism. Through its commitment to culture and local development, it promotes the visibility of Walloon Brabant and the vitality of its municipalities. The Province of Walloon Brabant has regularly supported the Festival Mozart since 2013.

Waterloo Cultural Centre

Located at the Espace Bernier, the Waterloo Cultural Centre is an important part of the local cultural scene. Theatre, music, exhibitions, workshops and artistic projects take place throughout the year, with a commitment to bringing artists, local residents and different audiences together. The Festival Mozart and the Cultural Centre also contribute to bringing classical music to younger audiences, notably through concerts for children from Waterloo schools.

Royal Office du Tourisme de Waterloo

Dedicated to promoting the region’s rich history, cultural heritage and visitor experiences, the Royal Waterloo Tourist Office helps visitors discover the attractions, landscapes and historic sites that make Waterloo an internationally renowned destination, through its advice, events and tourism services. The Royal Waterloo Tourist Office and its entire team support the Festival Mozart, notably through on-site ticket sales and by providing information to the public.

Waterloo Academy

The Waterloo Academy is a public institution dedicated to education in music, theatre, and the spoken arts. It supports students of all ages along their artistic journey, playing an active role in fostering and sharing musical and cultural practices throughout the region. Since 2013, the Waterloo Academy has hosted the rehearsals for the Mozart Festival for its entire duration. Its students and faculty benefit from reduced ticket rates for all festival concerts.

Wellington Museum

Located in the heart of Waterloo, the Wellington Museum occupies the former inn that served as the Duke of Wellington’s headquarters on the eve of the 1815 battle. Through its collections, historical objects and exhibitions, the museum offers an insight into one of the major episodes in European history and is an essential part of Waterloo’s heritage. Following a first series of concerts in 2024, the Mozart Festival is renewing its partnership with the Wellington Museum in 2026.

St. John’s International School

For more than 60 years, St. John’s International School has welcomed an international and multicultural school community in Waterloo. The school supports students from 1 to 18 years old in an environment combining academic excellence, international openness, the arts, sport and personal development, including a full International Baccalaureate programme. The Festival Mozart has performed in its beautiful Performing Arts Theater since 2014 and will return there in 2026.

European School Brussels-Argenteuil

Located in a vast, green setting near Waterloo, the European School Brussels-Argenteuil offers a multilingual and multicultural education to students aged 2.5 to 18. Its approach combines academic excellence, international openness, independence and personal development, in an environment that also encourages curiosity and artistic awareness. Located partly within the Château d’Argenteuil, the school will welcome the Festival Mozart in 2026 for a new partnership. The Festival Mozart has already organised around a dozen concerts at this prestigious venue since 1999.

ibis Brussels Waterloo

Located close to the centre of Waterloo and its main historic sites, ibis Brussels Waterloo offers convenient accommodation for visitors wishing to discover the region. Its location also makes it particularly well suited to festival-goers, artists and visitors passing through, just a few kilometres from Brussels. In 2026, the hotel will welcome the musicians of the Mozart Festival, renewing a partnership that dates back more than 25 years.

Piano Hanlet

Since its foundation in Belgium in 1866, Hanlet has maintained a recognised tradition of expertise in the field of the piano. The company works with musicians, concert venues and cultural institutions through the sale, restoration and promotion of exceptional instruments, thereby contributing to the quality and vitality of musical life in Belgium. The Festival Mozart is delighted to renew its partnership with Piano Hanlet, particularly as the Hanlet company has recently established a presence in Waterloo.

Musiq3

Musiq3, the RTBF radio station dedicated to classical music, jazz, opera and culture, plays an active role in bringing artists and musical events to the attention of French-speaking audiences. Through its programmes, broadcasts and partnerships, it contributes to the visibility of musical life in Belgium and beyond. A partner of the Festival Mozart since its beginnings, Musiq3 has contributed, year after year, to bringing the Festival to a wider audience for 30 years.
